Yoga, Breathwork
& Relaxation

Yoga encompasses breath work, movement and relaxation all in one session.

Yoga focuses on bringing harmony between mind and body, it is the science of healthy living.


Your away day can focus on yoga postures (asana’s) suitable for all levels along with breath work and relaxation or it can just focus on breathing and relaxation.

 

All of this can be tailored to meet the needs of your employees with yoga that focuses on back care to mindful driving meditation or relaxation for stress and anxiety.

 

This is just a sample, Julie will discuss your needs and create a bespoke package just for you.


Breath work is very powerful it impacts positively on your sleep, memory, energy level and concentration we can start your day with an energising breath practice and end the day with a relaxing meditative practice.

 

Employees will learn new tools and techniques to benefit them at work and at home.

Healing with Sound

Your delegates will work with Dawn, our sound healing practitioner using sound, breath and voice to achieve harmony in the mind, body and soul.


Using sound and frequency we can tone the Vagus nerve. The autonomic nervous system controls the cardiovascular system, respiratory system, immune and digestive systems.

 

Working with sound tools, breath work and the use of your own voice, we can work with the sympathetic and para-sympathetic system to achieve balance and tone the Vagus nerve which runs through every organ with the exception of the bladder.

Poor autonomic nervous system regulation is associated with many chronic physical and mental health conditions.

Create a Culture of
Health & Wellbeing

 

In your initial consultation, we will find out the aims for your delegates and tailor talks about your chosen subject within the health and wellbeing space as part of your away-day. Amanda's own health and wellbeing journey stemmed from suffering and overcoming burnout. This is an area that delegates often find inspiring and uplifting.


Before your away-day, Amanda will chat with you to include ways to help you to increase employee engagement before, during and after your wellbeing event, as well as methods to help you embed the health and wellbeing culture both at your place of work and at home, adding real value and impact to your health and wellbeing strategy.

Chair/On-site Massage
 

Chair or on-site massage, is a rejuvenating treatment that’s ideal for the workplace.

 

Using a specially designed chair, our massage therapist, Catherine, uses a combination of massage techniques on the back, neck, shoulders and arms. You don’t need to undress and we don’t use any oils so you can go
straight back to work feeling refreshed and revitalised.
